Description Oh my! Or should I say Oh la la? Come stroll along the metaphorical Seine with Mary Storey and learn to recreate these fantastique Mini Flan Pâtissier and a magnifique Cherry Compote!

Also known as Parisian Flan, these amazing delicacies are composed of a flaky pastry crust filled with a luscious amount of creamy and rich Vanilla Custard (creme patisserie) that boasts a gorgeous bronze sheen after baking.

To fill or not to fill? That isn’t really even a question you need to consider because you’ll also learn to make a scrumptious Cherry Compote. Now, the real question is whether to make your compote boozy or not!
