Description Join pastry chef Keri and learn how to spice up your brunch game with Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles. In this class you’ll learn how to make the perfect spiced Oven Fried Buttermilk Chicken. While your chicken is cooking you’ll make some delicious, Fluffy Buttermilk Waffles and a Spicy* Maple Syrup to tie this dish all together. Perfect for those who want to put a little pep in your weekend breakfast routine! You’ll finish the class by enjoying a cooling glass of the spirited Tennessee Tea or Passion-fruit Lemonade (non-alcoholic.)

*Keri will offer a milder version of the spice blend for the capsicum averse.
