Description Come and create a variety of delicious bagels in this hands-on class. The dough will already be made and ready for you to learn to shape, boil and bake. (So you won’t have to do all the pesky waiting around for rising times.) Top your beauties with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, everything mix, or leave them free to fly away. Mary Storey will guide you through the process from start to finish, and demonstrate the dough process so you can recreate them at home. Plus you’ll get to make a sweet or savory cream cheese spread to take home too!
