Join Keri Cossette for a romantic evening making homemade Egg Pasta Dough with a Creamy Carbonara sauce studded with pieces of Pancetta and (optional) Garden Fresh Peas! Once your dough has rested you’ll have the choice of making fettuccini, pappardelle and/or hand cut tagliatelle shapes. We’ll have some Freshly Baked Focaccia for soaking up your extra sauce too!
We’ll have some bubbly upon arrival and you are welcome to BYOB too (please drink responsibly.) Plus, for the night that’s in it- you’ll make some beautiful Chocolate Dipped Strawberries to share with your sweetheart!
