You won’t have to travel to Venice to enjoy all the deliciousness of Harry’s signature Peach Bellini in cake form. During this fun gateaux masterclass you’ll create:

A deliciously light sponge cake flavored with a hint of champagne
- leveled and torted and filled with a
Boozy (or not) Peach Compote, fresh raspberries and a light champagne meringue filling
- covered in a
delicious Peach Bellini Meringue Frosting
- and topped with
Glazed peaches and raspberries

You’ll learn how to decorate the side of your cake to look like an actual peach too!
