You will learn all his insider methods to make quick buttery tart pastry, amazing cakes and mouthwatering fillings from scratch. These fantastic recipes will make whipping up a dessert for your next event a piece of cake and easily the envy of all your guests!

V8 Vanilla – 8 Layers and textures of Vanilla I love this cake so simple and elegant in all its complete whiteness , but oh so much more going on inside with its 8 layers and textures of Vanilla , each layer balancing and complimenting the next for ultimate vanilla experience. Hence the name V8 = vanilla 8 layers and textures , and the reference connection with V8 cars which is iconic with Aussie culture .
