The Yudane method used to make this bread results in a pillowy soft and fluffy finished loaf and also keeps the bread from drying out quickly. You’ll also learn to make two fillings- Raspberry Frangipane and Orange Cardamom Frangipane. Mary mixed her fillings for the photos so you never knew what you were going to get in your section, but you can do all one flavor if you prefer.
