Join Mary Storey for a nostalgic trip along the Seine as you learn to recreate this decadent Red Berry* Charlotte Russe! You’ll make Ladyfingers from scratch - useful in so many other desserts! as well as a Red Berry Bavarian Cream, a light as a feather Genoise Sponge, a Red Berry Syrup and a Framboise-infused Creme Chantilly topped with fresh berries and White Chocolate Curls!

*Red Berry mix will include Strawberries, Raspberries, Cherries and Cranberries (Please let us know when booking if you have an allergy to any of the fruit and we will omit it from your ingredient mise en place.)
