Description Join Chef Fernando for a wonderful evening making Salmon Wellington a delightful and elegant dish that involves wrapping a salmon fillet in puff pastry along with a variety of flavorful ingredients.

You will make a beautiful, golden-brown crust encasing perfectly cooked salmon, with layers of rich, savory flavors in between. It's often served with a light sauce, such as a dill cream sauce or a lemon beurre blanc, and makes for an impressive main course, especially for special occasions.
