Description Join Rory McEllin and Jenny Brown, Boisset Collection Wine Ambassador for a fun evening making a selection of small plates and learning to pair each dish with its congruent or complimentary wine (and how to distinguish between the two!)

Wines you will Sample:

Cabernet Sauvignon, Brut Sparkling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the Boisset Signature Red Blend

Dishes you will Make:

Classic Caesar Salad with Homemade Anchovy Dressing and Colossal Crunchy Croutons

Lemon Butter Grilled Shrimp with Crispy Polenta

Stuffed Ravioli with a fresh, Zesty 5 Minute Tomato Sauce

Steak Bruschetta with Creamy Blue Cheese Sauce

Dessert will be a FABulous Chocolate Surprise

Ever fancy holding an impromptu gathering but think it’s too much work or will take too long or don’t know which wine will go with what? In less time than it would take Uber Eats to deliver your order, Rory McEllin will teach you how to create a selection of Rapid Small Plates that can be prepared in 20 minutes or less.

Rory will guide you through creating a selection of Rapid Small Plates* and Jenny will guide you through choosing the best wine to highlight the various flavor profiles of each dish- you’ll go away with an understanding of how to pair each wine to fully appreciate its flavor.

*(You’ll create everything Bold and Underlined above- due to time constrictions, some items like the Ravioli and dessert will be prepared for you) Even though we are calling them ‘Small Plates’, you will definitely go home with a full belly (and probably some leftovers too!)
