You’ll start by making your own chocolate cookie dough which we will use for both the pie base and wreath decoration. Keri will teach you a few techniques for adding color to your cookie cut outs for that rustic crackle effect before heading to the oven to bake. While your cookies are baking you’ll learn how to make a luscious chocolate custard (boozy or not, the choice is yours) infused with Keri’s favorite holiday flavor Spiced Hot Cocoa. After you get your crust sorted and custard cooled, Keri will teach you how to assemble your masterpiece and make a fluffy marshmallow creme to top it off!
