Description Put a little spring in your step and make TWO of the prettiest Swiss Rolls to add to your dessert lineup. You’ll learn how to color & pipe designs (Polka Dots/Stripes/Butterflies/Flowers/Watercolor mix…the choice is yours- and the possibilities are endless once you know how) before making a delicate chiffon sponge cake. After the cake is done baking, you will learn how to make a classic lemon curd & mascarpone mousse filling (that you can then flavor with coconut, berry or any other spring flavors that might come to mind) after the cake has cooled Keri will then teach you all the tricks you’ll need to roll up the perfect Swiss roll.
