Join Angela McEllin for a fragrant class creating this beautiful, tender Strawberry Crepe Roll Cake filled with Roasted Strawberry Compote and Mascarpone Mousse, topped with a deliciously magical Strawberry Ganache, Crisp Pearls and Tanghulu Strawberries (hard-sugar coated fresh strawberries.) The tastes and textures of this cake met with the approval of the entire FAB team - Rory even said it was THE BEST cake I’ve ever made…and he’s been forced to sample hundreds of cakes over the years!
