In this class Keri Cossette will teach you how to make Handmade Pasta Sheets and a traditional Spinach and Ricotta Filling. Keri will show you the techniques to create perfect ravioli. Keri will also show you how to make her favorite Tomato Butter Sauce which you’ll taste on your cooked pasta and you’ll get to take some home as well!
