Fit for a princess or three, the Swedish Princess Cake (Prinsesstårta) is a classic Scandinavian torte with layers of Norwegian Sponge Cake, Raspberry Jam, Vanilla Creme Patissiere and Whipped Cream covered in homemade green Marzipan and topped with a delicate pink Marzipan Rose. There are a few secret ingredients used to achieve an authentic Prinsesstarta, and Angela will guide you step by step making all the elements, assembling and decorating and even give a brief history of this iconic treat. You’ll have the option of making one large or several smaller cakes if attending as a Dynamic Duo.
