Come along to our first cozy Sunday Morning Brunch class of the New Year and enjoy a relaxing morning with Mary Storey making both sweet and savory breakfast items using a versatile, buttery brioche dough. Plus, you’ll make another batch of dough to take home so you can make more treats to enjoy. Mary will also share some tips for working with the notoriously soft dough and how you can customize it for different applications. Try your hand at Tomato, Cheese and Wholegrain Mustard topped Bechamel or Bacon, Egg, Cheddar, Mozzarella or Goat Cheese with a sweet and savory Onion Jam or come to the sweeter side for Pastry Cream, Mascarpone and Cinnamon or Raspberry Jam with Pastry Cream…the possibilities are endless, and we’ll have a selection of sweet and savory toppings to choose from!
As with all of our brunch classes, we’ll have Mimosa’s and Fresh Orange Juice to enjoy while you bake. You’ll make quite a few pastries, so you’ll have enough to share with friends & family… they also freeze beautifully, so technically you could call this part of your weekly meal prep!
