Baklava is a much loved treat made of flaky, thin phyllo pastry dough and a delicious crushed nut filling and sweetened with a simple honey syrup. If you want that fresh out of the oven, homemade taste, then look no further. We have you covered! Although Marianna’s lightly spiced version uses walnuts, you can always vary the nut mixture with other favorites like pecans or pistachios or go a little rouge and do hazelnuts and chocolate as well.
*Everyone will go home with one large pan of Baklava (Duos can make two smaller pans so you don’t have the mess of dividing!)
