Up your holiday pie game and join Chef Keri Cossette in learning how to make this Ultimate Pumpkin Pie… it’s like classic pumpkin pie (pictured above left), but with a slight twist.
You’ll start by learning how to make a Buttery, Flaky Pie Crust, keri will teach you all her tips and tricks to roll out the dough after it chills. You’ll also learn how to make a delicious deeply Spiced Pumpkin Custard Pie Filling. While the pie is baking you’ll start making the twist part of the pie… a delicious Roasted (Caramelized) White Chocolate Whipped Ganache. Once your pie has cooled enough, Keri will show you how to decorate the pie with classic piping techniques, or- if you’re feeling adventurous -you can even create a whole piped pumpkin patch.
As you’ll make enough for TWO PIES, this is a perfect class for Dynamic Duos (or you can enjoy both pies yourself…we won’t tell!)
Added bonus- you can prepare all the elements here and wait to assemble on Thanksgiving if you choose (or make one in class and take the fixin’s home for the other…the choice is yours!)
