Join @thesweetassassin himself, Adriano Zumbo for a pastry packed day making TWO types of dough and SIX different types of Viennoiserie!
PUFF PASTRY BLOCK
Palmier – Puff Pastry folded and baked with brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon
Pop Tart Galettes – Puff pastry sandwiched with frangipane and jam, sugar icing
Fried chicken turnover – puff pastry turnover filled with fried chicken
CROISSANT BLOCK
Cookie Croissant – Croissant dough baked and sandwiched between 2 cookies Crème Brulee Croissant Tart – Croissant pastry tart with crème Brulee filing and caramelised top
Twice baked Lasagne croissant – Croissant baked with lasagne inside, bechamel, parmesan, mozzarella, lasagne sheet and sugo
