Come along and learn the easy way to have hassle free weeknight meals ready in a flash! You’ll create 10 meals with your choice of flavor, protein, side and starch combinations. Chef Cecilia will teach you all the tips and tricks for taking the stress out of meal prep, plus you’ll go home with all the recipes and We even provide the reusable meal prep containers so you can make your own meals every week if you like!
10 Mix -n- Match Meals- each meal includes your choice of:
1 Protein + 1 Side + 1 Starch + Sauce/seasonings
Proteins (please select up to two Proteins in the notes box at checkout- if you only want one protein, just put one in the box. If you don’t select at least one protein, your default options will be 5 Chicken and 5 Salmon meals.)

YES: Friends (you will share all equipment/ingredients for 1 recipe/batch…we let you rock, paper, scissors if the recipe doesn’t divide equally.)
*What is a Dynamic Duo? It’s basically two people sharing the same workstation at no extra charge. You share all equipment and ingredients for a single batch of whatever we’re making that day. In this case, you can each take home 5 meals.
We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging.
Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
