We’ll start the class by making a batch of dough for our Crusty Bread Bowls, and while the dough is rising, we’ll move on to preparing our ingredients for the Hearty Beef Bourguignon followed by a delicious, Seasonal Fruit Crisp for dessert.
Beef Bourguignon is such a wonderful dish with tender, fall apart chunks of beef simmered in a rich red wine gravy flavored with a selection of fresh herbs and vegetables. The bread bowl recipe can be adapted to smaller dinner rolls or even baked in a loaf pan. And finally, the Fruit Crisp recipe is so versatile and quick you’ll want to use it all year ‘round!
