Description Join Lisa He for a fragrant evening creating a selection of her delicious family recipes:

Chicken and Shrimp Wonton Soup (The word wonton roughly translates to ‘Clouds’ in Cantonese due to the appearance the wontons are floating in the broth. )

Cong You Bing, aka Green Onion Pancakes (a Chinese savory, unleavened flatbread made with dough and pan fried so it’s crispy on the edges and slightly chewy- the perfect combination!)

Dessert will be a FABulous Surprise!

This a perfect Dynamic Duo class to take with your friends, family members or a sweet Date Night and you can BYOB!
